Position Overview
The Account Manager - GLP1 will oversee and manage relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders for one of our largest accounts. in the endocrinology and weight management sectors. This individual will help execute account strategies ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, manage day-to-day client interactions and ensure the delivery of value to our partners.
How Youll Help Us Improve Healthcare
Establish and maintain trusted relationships with commercial teams, market access and supply chain stakeholders within the client organization and with third-party partners supporting the account to expand Gifthealths reach and impact in endocrinology, weight loss and obesity.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement healthcare solutions that align with client goals and patient needs.
Ensure timely completion of deliverables, timely resolution of escalations and implementation of key program initiatives.
Analyze market trends and healthcare data to develop tailored strategies for engagement and growth in the endocrinology, weight loss, and obesity sectors.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and ongoing client support.
A Few Things About You
Proven track record managing complex projects, multiple deliverables and shifting priorities with strong skills in project management, collaboration and problem-solving
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining profitable relationships.
Bachelors degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
At least 2 years of experience in account management or business development, with a focus on healthcare services.
Highly adaptable to change, able to quickly pivot and respond to new information or direction in a fast-paced environment.
Possess a positive mindset, work with a high sense of urgency and excel at collaboration with peers.
Experience in endocrinology, weight loss and obesity preferred.
