Your Role as a Lead Fence Installer

As a Lead Fence Installer, you'll take charge of installation projects from start to finish. You'll manage and motivate a team, uphold high standards of workmanship, and ensure projects are completed on time and to our quality benchmarks.

Daily responsibilities include:

Leading installation crews and managing workflow on job sites

Ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards

Mentoring and training junior installers

Communicating effectively with team members and clients

Maintaining a focus on quality, efficiency, and professionalism

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

Minimum 2 years of fence installation experience

Proven leadership abilities and team management skills

Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Willingness to engage in ongoing training and development
