- Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments.
- Support the sales team in the implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and social media content.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Organize and participate in promotional events and community events.
- Coordinate events and sponsorship opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
- Develop and manage marketing materials, ensuring consistency with brand standards.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Support the sales team in tracking budgets, generating reports, and maintaining project timelines.

Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a fast-paced or hospitality setting.
Knowledge/Skills:
Excellent communication and writing skills to craft compelling content.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, etc..
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
Proficiency in marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and email marketing platforms.
