CURRENTLY RECRUITING FOR ELECTRICAL TECHNICAL MANAGERS FOR UPCOMING DATA CENTER PROJECTS
Praetorian Power Protection is seeking a skilled Electrical Technical Manager to join our team. As a technical expert in your discipline, you will ensure construction activities meet rigorous professional standards. Your role will involve resolving complex technical field issues, overseeing equipment startups, and managing the V-Start commissioning process. You will also support our 4-phase quality control plan and monitor mechanical and electrical subcontractors to ensure schedule adherence and compliance with contract documents.

Location: Based anywhere in the US, with 100% travel required.
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling: Develop MEP critical path schedules and collaborate with subcontractors and design teams to resolve conflicts.
Procurement & Bidding: Manage equipment procurement, track deliveries, and support bidding for mechanical and electrical trades.
Startup & Commissioning: Lead mechanical and electrical system startups, pretesting, and coordinate quality control and third-party commissioning.
Coordination: Oversee critical path construction and review mechanical and electrical submittals for compliance.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in engineering (relevant discipline) or equivalent technical training and experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical or mechanical disciplines, with expertise in construction technology, equipment, materials, and methods.
Proven ability to lead and schedule MEP activities.
Experience in preconstruction and equipment procurement preferred.
Willingness to travel (70%+), with potential for extended assignments.
Valid US drivers license and passport required.
