Human Resources Manager

Fusco Personnel is currently recruiting a Human Resources Manager. This is a full-time direct hire opportunity in the Capital Region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and advising the Human Resource Business Partners and Managers, fostering a positive work environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Duties & Responsibilities

Manage, coach and counsel HRBP team to meet department goals and achieve performance standards; encourage continuous improvement for career development

Investigate workplace issues, including employee complaints, misconduct, and policy violations, ensuring fair and consistent resolutions

Interpret and apply company policies, procedures, and employment laws to ensure fair and consistent treatment of employees

Assist in developing proactive strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention

Partner with HR management team to develop initiatives that enhance employee morale and workplace culture

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

8+ years of employment relations experience

3+ years of managerial experience

Strong knowledge of employment laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, etc.)

Salary Range

100K to 125K
