Analytica is seeking an experienced Information Technical Program Manager – Analytics to lead analytics-focused project delivery for a long-term federal health IT program with the Defense Health Agency (DHA). This role will serve as the program-level lead overseeing all analytics-related initiatives, with responsibility for project strategy, execution, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional coordination. Key Responsibilities:
Define project scope, timelines, resources, and overall objectives across analytics initiatives.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of data and analytics projects aligned with contract milestones.
Monitor project status, resolve scope adjustments, and assess the impact of changes on budget, labor, and schedule.
Oversee and align personnel with strategic project priorities and operational goals.
Plan and coordinate all phases of development and implementation of analytics capabilities.
Ensure all resources are utilized effectively and projects remain within scope and budget constraints.
Lead the delivery of tested, operational analytics solutions for end-user adoption.
Provide timely updates to stakeholders, leadership, and contract management teams.
Basic Qualifications (Required):
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Computer Science, or related technical field; or 8+ years of equivalent healthcare or IT leadership experience.
Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Information Systems and project plan development for large-scale enterprise programs.
Demonstrated experience managing technical project teams and delivery across multiple stakeholders.
