Pay: $21.50/hour

Type: Temp-to-Hire Weld Test Required Before Start

We are currently seeking experienced Welders to join a team that builds high-quality structural steel frames, enclosures, and fabricated components based on customer blueprints. If you're dependable, skilled in MIG welding, and ready to grow in a supportive environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Perform MIG welding and finish grinding using proper fabrication techniques

Read and interpret blueprints to build parts to exact specifications

Weld mild steel, galvanneal, and stainless steel (18 gauge up to ” thickness)

Assist in TIG welding, saw cutting, dual-action sanding, drilling, and tapping

Rotate to other departments as needed (finishing, machine operation, etc.)

Maintain clean, safe, and efficient workspaces

Must bring your own welding helmet

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Must have a valid driver's license

Must pass a written and hands-on welding test (required prior to hire)

Strong math, reading, and writing skills

Able to read a tape measure and blueprints

Willingness to work as part of a team

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally

Comfortable standing up to 10 hours, squatting, kneeling, and working on knees for extended periods

Tools & Support:

Must have basic tools (50/50 tool program available)
