Wage: $21.20 per hour (The rate of pay and pay scale provided for this position are based on title and geographical location) Full Range Scale - $21.20 - $23.65

As a Program Coordinator, you will play a crucial role by providing compassionate care while enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities. This is not a supervisory role. However, the PC is the lead staff for one residential In-Home program.
What You Get to Do:
Document and follow-up of individual and program related needs.
Ensure compliance with policies and Washington Administrative Rules.
One-on-one training of DSP staff.
Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.
Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve.
Assist with daily living tasks such as moving around, getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing, personal hygiene and more.
Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.
Build relationships with persons served and teammates.
Attend community outings and fun activities like outdoor walks, games, and social events.
Transport clients to appointments or other activities outside the home.
Empower people with disabilities to live life to the fullest.
Document progress, milestones, and action steps.Qualifications
What Makes You A Great Fit:
2 years of caregiving experience required
NAR - Diabetic Preferred
Observant and detailed oriented
Dependable, adaptable and flexible
HS Diploma or GED required
Valid drivers license required
21 years or older
