About the Role:

We are seeking a Banquet Server to join our team in Houston, TX. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during events and banquets. You will work closely with the Banquet Manager and other team members to ensure that all guests have a memorable experience. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential to your success in this role. Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in a banquet or catering environment

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Serve safe certified

Both Black bistro and White bistro uniform

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with POS systems

Knowledge of wine and food pairings

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Responsibilities:

Set up banquet room as instructed by the Banquet Manager

Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner

Clear tables and clean banquet room after events

Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed

Provide exceptional customer service to all guests

Skills:

As a Banquet Server, you will use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service to our guests. You will also use your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment to ensure that all events run smoothly. Additionally, your knowledge of wine and food pairings and experience with POS systems will be beneficial in this role. Overall, your skills will be essential to providing a memorable experience for our guests.
