New Wire Marine, based in North Charleston, SC, is an innovative and fast-growing company specializing in the design, manufacturing, and sale of custom boat dash and switch panels. We proudly serve boat owners, service shops, and OEMs around the world with high-quality marine parts and components.

We're on the lookout for a Picking & Fulfillment Specialist to join our close-knit crew. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has an exceptional eye for detail, and can stay organized while keeping up with a steady workflow. Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer fulfillment orders with speed and precision.

Pack and ship panels of various sizes, ensuring they are carefully packaged and include all necessary components.

Promptly communicate inventory discrepancies or shipping issues to the Department Manager.

Assist in receiving inventory shipments, counting items, and restocking bins.

This role is active and hands-on, requiring frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting (up to 50 lbs).What We're Looking For

A highly detail-oriented person who enjoys working quickly and efficiently.

Flexibility, critical thinking skills, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.

Someone who listens carefully, follows directions, and executes tasks accurately.

Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and a methodical approach to work.

Comfortable standing for long periods and working in a physically active role.

Proficient with computers and able to quickly learn our systems and processes.
