We are a devoted and capable team that includes world-renowned engineers and distinguished business leaders united by a common goal – To build the future of predictive maintenance. As we enter the next phase of rapid growth, we are seeking people to help lead the journey.
We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator who will be responsible for managing and ensuring the accuracy of sales data within Salesforce and supporting tools. Your primary focus will be maintaining data integrity, ensuring that Opportunities, Orders, and Leads are clean, accurate, and up-to-date. This role is data-centric, and you'll be tasked with handling data quality, deduplication, and lead management workflows to ensure efficient and accurate sales reporting and forecasting.
You will also assist in building custom reports, automating key data workflows, and supporting the sales team in overcoming data-related challenges. This role will involve working closely with sales operations, marketing operations, and the sales team to ensure data processes are working seamlessly and assist in filling data gaps where needed. This role requires strong technical skills in Salesforce data management, reporting, and a deep understanding of data hygiene practices. You will be instrumental in providing data-driven insights that empower the sales team, while ensuring accurate and reliable information for forecasting and pipeline management. Additionally, you will support Deal Desk processes by ensuring pricing and contract data are accurately reflected in the system.

Collaborate with development and RevOps teams to test, deploy, and document Salesforce releases. Provide training and user support post-deployment.
Error & Exception Handling:
Identify and resolve sync issues or broken automations affecting user experience or data integrity. Collaborate with RevOps and IT for deeper troubleshooting when needed.
Support and maintain Field Service Lightning (FSL):

Data Management:
Ensure field-level data accuracy and filtering logic supports key GTM metrics and leadership needs.

Training & Documentation:
Provide just-in-time training and clear documentation for end-users when new fields, layouts, or workflows are introduced. Serve as a knowledge base resource for the GTM team.
