We're Hiring: HR Director/Manager Long Island, NY (On-Site)
Hours: Full Time, Monday- Thursday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Location: Great Neck, NY
Compensation: $80,000 to $90,000

A dynamic and fast-growing Long Island-based Commercial Real Estate Investment Firm is seeking a hands-on and visionary HR Director/Manager to lead our people operations across the U.S. This is more than an HR job — it’s a chance to shape a thriving company culture, drive recruitment strategy, and lead impactful initiatives in a high-performance, entrepreneurial environment.
What you will be doing:
Own the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing talent to onboarding new hires.
Build strategic partnerships with universities and industry organizations.
Champion HR compliance and shape forward-thinking policies.
Advise leadership and mediate employee relations with fairness and empathy.
Drive performance management, professional development, and retention strategies.
Support payroll, reporting, and HR analytics alongside our finance team.
What you will need:
3+ years of HR leadership experience in a fast-paced, corporate setting.
Strong working knowledge of federal/state labor laws and HR compliance.
Proven success with recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
A strategic mind with a hands-on approach and exceptional communication skills.
Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or a related field (certifications a plus!).
