Position Overview
Under the direction of the school administrators, the Board Certified Behavior Analyst is responsible for monitoring the consistency of behavior data and implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans, analyzing behavior data and preparing behavior documents, and assisting in the assessment and documentation of progress for our student's. The BCBA is also responsible for training employees in the Classroom Support Provider's duties and fulfilling them per the CSP job description.
Duties and Responsibilities
-Ongoing supervision and training of classroom support providers and their daily job duties.
-Oversee implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans and behavior goals
-Conduct assessments and write reports
-Regularly review and analyze data
-Assist with the development and implementation of training programs.
Professional requirements:
-BCBA certification required
-Master's degree required
-Prior experience in Applied Behavior Analysis is required
-Prior experience with clinical supervision required
-Prior experience with individuals with autism and related developmental disorders required
