Under supervision of the Department Supervisor and Section Lead, safely perform production tasks in line with industry standards. Works in a continuous improvement mindset and actively participates in continuous improvement activities.

Follow detailed work instructions & processes to insure high quality product

Accurate quality data entry and attention to detail

Maintain an organized and clean work environment

Accurately package and coordinate shipping of products

Become proficient in all operator roles

Manage daily assigned tasks to assure completion each shift

Meet or exceed goals and contribute to improving overall company metrics

Become an active member of our manufacturing team helping to drive continuous improvement

Gain full working knowledge of an intricate set of production tools (metrology, CVD reactors, lab equipment, etc.)

Maintain a clean and Safe work EnvironmentQualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

1 year of manufacturing experience

Ability to work independently & be accountable

Mechanical inclination

Cleanroom or lab experience preferred

Chemical handling experience preferred

Able to stand and walk for long periods of time

Adhere to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements including safety shoes and safety glasses.

Hourly Range

$18.75/hr - $24.00/hr USD (DOE)
