We are seeking an experienced Senior Genesys IVR Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of the IVR system. This role will focus on implementing technologies to enhance user experience, leveraging Genesys Composer, GRAT, and supporting deployments through Jenkins.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain IVR code based on predefined requirements.

Design, implement, and support complex IVR solutions for voice and multimedia interfaces.

Integrate Dialog modules for voice recognition, AI, and authentication processes.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, analyze logs, and identify root causes.

Develop voice and chat bot solutions with core multimedia functionalities.

Collaborate closely with Technical Architects, Engineers, Business Analysts, Quality Assurance, and other cross-functional team members to ensure successful project execution.Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience with Genesys Composer, GRAT, and GRE in enterprise IVR development.

Strong expertise with the Genesys platform, including IVR design, voice and chat bot integration, and multimedia functionality.

Solid experience with Conversational AI technologies, including NLP, NLU, and Machine Learning.

Proficient in CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Maven.

Skilled in integrating web services (REST/SOAP) and working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, particularly in distributed systems.

Experience with Azure Bot Services, LUIS.ai, QnA Maker, and Microsoft Bot Framework.

Nice to have:

Development experience with Java, Spring, RESTful microservices, and SQL.

Familiarity with Nuance grammar, automated testing, and web servers like Tomcat.

Exposure to Google Dialogflow and Amazon Connect platforms.
