UI/UX Analyst

Local to Michigan with prior state client exp:

This role focuses on leading the visual design, user experience, and usability of applications.

Responsibilities:

Design and execute user interface screens, ensuring alignment with business requirements and project scope.

Conduct user research, interviews, and testing to inform design decisions (e.g., personas, user flows, storyboards).

Create sketches, wireframes, and mockups adhering to design standards and ADA requirements.

Lead usability and accessibility testing, iterating designs based on feedback.

Collaborate with Business Analysts, Technical Leads, and developers to ensure design feasibility and implement best practices.

Advocate for the end-user experience.

Required Skills Experience:

3-5 years experience in UI design.

3-5 years experience in user research.

Education/certification in graphic design, interaction design, visual communication, or related field.

Portfolio and professional references required.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with design standards and accessibility standards (WCAG).

Experience performing usability and ADA testing.
