Graduate Trainee – Portfolio Management

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to join our team as a Graduate Trainee in Portfolio Management. This role offers an excellent entry point for engineering graduates looking to gain experience in both operational and strategic aspects of portfolio and market management.

Key Responsibilities

Support the ongoing development and management of the product and solution portfolio

Contribute to the analysis of market intelligence, including competitor benchmarking and trend assessments

Actively contribute to the coordination and execution of strategic initiatives, taking ownership of specific work streams and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as product management, engineering, and sales functions.

Drive the preparation of market and performance reports, ensuring insights are effectively communicated to support portfolio and business planning activities

Participate in selected business projects with exposure to both technical and strategic deliverables

Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical or interdisciplinary field (e.g., Engineering & Management, Business Engineering, Mechatronics);

Strong analytical capabilities and a structured approach to problem-solving as well as data interpretation

Interest in market intelligence, portfolio strategy, and innovation

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VBA programming for data processing and reporting

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings clearly

Curious, proactive, and eager to contribute to strategic business thinking
