We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. As our company's first point of contact, the Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a positive first impression for visitors and clients.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors professionally and courteously.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Maintain a clean and presentable reception area.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
Assist in the coordination of meetings and conferences.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Solid communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
Excellent organizational skills.
Strong customer service skills.
QuickBooks online experience and basic bookkeeping skills are preferred but not required.
