Job Description

Kable Staffing is hiring a Process Technician II in Dublin, OH. This is a full-time position, temp to hire opportunity.

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain controlled injection molding processes using scientific methods

Perform mold setups, cleanings, and changeovers

Verify components and work orders before operation

Accurately complete all production documentation

Follow all safety protocols and PPE usage

Monitor production for quality and efficiency

Make minor mechanical/electrical adjustments to machines

Support lean and continuous improvement initiatives

Mentor junior technicians and assist with training

Handle material and perform line clearances

Perform additional tasks as assigned by management

REQUIREMENTS

Strong knowledge of injection molding and plastic processing

Skilled in first article inspections, mold setup, and troubleshooting

Experience with hot runner systems, hydraulics/pneumatics, and robots (1+ year)

Ability to read technical drawings and train team members

Robotics/automation experience a plus

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

Safety-oriented, detail-focused, strong communication and teamwork skills

High School Diploma required

Preferred: 3+ years’ experience in injection molding or related field, or certification equivalent

Ability to move or lift to 50+ lbs.

Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.

Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.

Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
