Property Soar is seeking a professional and reliable Office Receptionist to join our team in Columbus, OH. This front-desk role is essential to ensuring a smooth daily operation in the office, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining organized administrative support.

Responsibilities

Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner

Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel

Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Schedule and confirm appointments

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

Assist with data entry, filing, and document organization

Support administrative staff with daily tasks and office coordination

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive informationQualifications

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred

Proven experience in a receptionist, administrative, or front desk role

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Professional appearance and demeanor

Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
