UI/UX Design Analyst

Our client located in the Lansing, MI area is looking for an UI/UX Analyst to join their team on a long-term contract basis. This role will work onsite in Madison, WI in a hybrid model.

The UI/UX Analyst is responsible for establishing the application's overall look and feel, while also designing, communicating, and implementing user interface elements that align with business needs and accessibility standards. The analyst collaborates closely with business and technical teams to deliver intuitive, inclusive, and user-centered digital solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience with the following:

Minimum 3 years of experience in user interface (UI) design

Minimum 3 years of experience in user research

Education or certification in graphic design, interaction design, visual communication, or a related field

Experience working within established design systems or standards (preferred)

Familiarity with accessibility standards such as WCAG (preferred)

Experience in usability and accessibility testing (preferred)

Codeworks, LLC discloses that the anticipated hourly pay range for this position is between $50/hr and $55/hr. This range is subject to change based on job-related factors, including client requirements where applicable.
