Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Associate
Location: Inver Grove Heights, MN
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire (6-Month Duration)
Pay: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour (based on experience) Paid Weekly Join Our Growing Warehouse Team!
Are you a detail-oriented, hands-on individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for reliable Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Associate to join our team and help us deliver excellence to our customers every day. Available Shifts (Monday–Friday):
Second Shift Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM What You’ll Do:
Process shipments using ERP systems or tablets
Pick, pack, and palletize products for delivery
Ensure all shipments meet quality and packaging standards
Receive and stock incoming inventory
Create and apply shipping documents (labels, packing lists, BOLs)
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Operate forklifts and cherry pickers (training provided if needed)
Support other warehouse tasks as needed What We’re Looking For:
Required:
Comfortable working at heights
Basic computer skills
6+ months of forklift experience (stand-up or reach truck required)
Strong attention to detail and ability to read/write accurately
Preferred:
Experience with UPS/FedEx shipping software
Familiarity with ERP systems
Experience operating a cherry picker

️ Physical Requirements:
Regular standing, walking, and lifting (up to 50 lbs. unassisted)
Occasional sitting and use of large equipment
Must be able to push, pull, and carry materials as needed
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
