Collections Specialist

Job Description

We are hiring for a Collections Specialist in Pewaukee, WI. This role will focus on research and follow up of outstanding payments along with some credit assistance. If you have at least three years experience, this could be a good fit for you.

Collections Specialist Responsibilities:

Run weekly aging to monitor outstanding invoices

Research and resolution with customers on discrepancies in payment

Perform credit checks, holds, and releases

Create and send out invoices

Requirements:

Three or more years of accounts receivable experience

Associate’s Degree desired but not required

Comfortable working in larger systems like Epicor and SAP

Exhibits professional communication skills both verbal and written

Pay Details: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
