Hiring Production Workers in Evansville, WY

Pay: $18.00hrShift: 1st or 3rd shift
7:00 am – 7:00pm or 7:00pm-7:00am
(2 - 2 - 3 schedule so will get 3 day weekend every other weekend)
Job Responsibilities:
Utilize standard tools and measuring devices to ensure product quality.
Ensure the final product is wrapped evenly and neatly around the reel.
Maintain quality checks on the final product.
Use basic hand tools and power tools to cut conduit.
Check packaging and labeling for final inspection before dispatch.
Qualifications:
At least 6 months of experience working in a production or manufacturing environment
Experience with machine operation is a plus
Proficiency with basic hand tools and assembly
General production and inspection skills
Comfortable working around machinery in a production/manufacturing environment

Work Environment:
The work schedule follows a 12-hour shift pattern with days running from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm and nights from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am, following a 2-2-3 schedule, providing a three-day weekend every other weekend.
One week consists of 48 working hours, and the next week consists of 36 working hours.
This is a contract role through the summer, with opportunities for permanent conversion after 6 months based on performance and interest.
Candidates do not need to commit to a permanent position if they prefer temporary work.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
