Position Available: Quality Inspector

Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
Maintain quality standards by inspecting engineered fabrications, in-process production, and finished products, and recording quality results.
Read and interpret mechanical drawings with proficiency in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) to ensure accurate measurement and compliance.
Conduct visual and dimensional inspections; document deficiencies and acceptable outcomes.
Prepare inspection reports, logs, and quality data entries.
Ensure measuring equipment is properly used and maintained.
Support safety and compliance with internal standards and legal regulations.
Stay up to date with technical knowledge through training and relevant publications.
Perform final review and approval of products prior to shipment.
Review vendor documentation and follow up on non-conforming issues.
Maintain organized documentation of welding, testing, and inspection records.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills/Qualifications:
Strong analytical and documentation skills
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Knowledge of quality assurance processes and improvement methods
Familiarity with CAD, Microsoft Office, and quality databases
Experience working with manufacturing and assembly processes
Able to lift 25–50 lbs and work in both office and shop environments
Preferred Experience:
3+ years in quality inspection, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Background in oil & gas, industrial equipment, or similar industries is a plus
Proficient with measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, tape measure)

$22.00 to $28.00 per hour based on experience
Schedule:
Full-time, day shift
8–10 hour shifts, Monday to Friday (occasional weekends as needed)
