Job Description

Now Hiring OTR Class A CDL Drivers Are you an experienced driver ready to run steady miles and earn consistent pay with a company that respects the hustle? We’re looking for Over-the-Road (OTR) Class A Drivers to join our client’s team based in Macon, GA. You’ll haul general freight (mostly flatbed) across the East Coast and Midwest. Flatbed experience is preferred, but we’re happy to train strong candidates.

Compensation:

$0.55 – $0.63 per mile (based on experience)

Average $1,500+ per week before taxes

Schedule:

6 days per week on the road

Long-haul runs: 500–1,000+ miles per load

Paid training (1–2 weeks) in Vancouver, WA – travel and lodging covered

Location:

Home base: Macon, GA

Dispatch is handled remotely by our Southern California team

No on-site terminal — parking arranged through a third-party lot

Responsibilities:

Safely operate a Class A flatbed truck

Secure general freight using straps (no tarping required)

Run loads primarily throughout the East Coast and Midwest

Perform vehicle inspections and basic maintenance

Utilize ELDs and logistics software to manage routes and logs

Maintain communication with dispatch and provide updates as needed

Represent the company professionally at all times

Requirements:

Valid Class A CDL

3+ years of OTR driving experience (Required)

Clean MVR and ability to pass a DOT drug screen (includes THC)

Must be able to pass background check

Proficiency with ELDs and logistics apps (Required)

Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices

Ability to perform basic truck inspections and minor maintenance

Strong communication and time management skills
