SumnerOne is hiring Warehouse Associates to join our growing team in Lenexa, KS! As a Warehouse Associate, you will support daily warehouse operations and perform timely, accurate deliveries to our customers. Responsibilities:

Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory control, restocking shelves, and processing returns

Assemble equipment (such as printers/copiers) and prepare products for delivery or installation

Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to customers, following all traffic and safety regulations

Load, unload, and verify outgoing/incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and care with all materials

Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment that adheres to safety protocols

Conduct regular cycle counts and manage dead stock inventory

Process warranty claims and related documentation

Provide backup support across the warehouse and logistics team as needed

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a warehouse or delivery driver role preferred

Basic mechanical aptitude; experience with printer/copier assembly a plus

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Dependable, self-motivated, and committed to continuous improvement

Requirements:

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass pre-employment screenings

Fluency in spoken and written English is required to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders, and to perform the essential functions of this role

Clean driving record and valid driver’s license required

Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs regularly
