We are seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our client's team in Calumet City, IL. This is an excellent opportunity to work with cutting-edge packaging equipment while building a long-term career with a leading manufacturer.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and program Allen-Bradley PLC systems

Perform electrical diagnostics and repairs on industrial equipment

Maintain packaging machinery including cappers, torque machines, conveyors, and palletizers

Install and maintain motor controls, VFDs, and power distribution systems

Execute preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime

Work with hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC systems

Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams

What We're Looking For

5+ years of industrial maintenance experience

Strong electrical background with AC/DC circuit troubleshooting

Proficiency with Allen-Bradley PLC systems and programming

Experience reading electrical schematics and wiring diagrams

Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying temperatures

Valid US Driver's License and work authorization
