About the Role: Join a dynamic QA team at Team 360 Staffing, the QA associate ensures that all material is up to company standards and ensures quality. Ideal for reliable, detail-oriented individuals looking for growth opportunities in manufacturing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform in-process, final, and incoming inspections of parts, assemblies, and finished goods

Utilize measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify product specifications

Document and report non-conformances and assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions

Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications

Maintain and update quality documentation, inspection records, and calibration logs

Support internal audits and assist in maintaining ISO and other quality certifications

Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues

Assist in training staff on quality procedures and best practices

QUALIFICATIONS:

2–5 years of experience in a quality assurance role within a manufacturing environment

Proficient with inspection tools and interpreting technical drawings

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with ERP systems and basic computer skills (MS Office)

Ability to effectively communicate & read in English
