Fraud Product Manager
A client of ours is looking for a Fraud Product Manager for a contract to hire role to lead the development, enhancement, and lifecycle management of fraud prevention products. This role is critical in supporting the fraud strategy and maintaining the company’s competitive edge in fraud risk mitigation.
Responsibilities of Fraud Product Manager
Own and manage fraud products aligned with the company’s fraud strategy.
Lead a team of fraud business product owners and oversee key product portfolios.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure comprehensive fraud coverage.
Identify opportunities for product enhancements and implement improvements based on performance data and emerging fraud trends.
Develop product documentation including features, benefits, pricing, and service offerings.
Review and recommend annual product pricing adjustments and oversee implementation.
Stay current with fraud technology, industry developments, and regulatory requirements.
Drive detailed product requirements with stakeholders and coordinate with tech teams and vendors for execution.
Skills/Qualifications of Fraud Product Manager
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Proven experience as a Business Product Owner, managing multiple products and timelines.
Strong knowledge of fraud risk management and prevention technologies.
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and planning abilities.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; knowledge of Access is a plus.
10–15 years of product management experience, including:
10+ years in fraud or financial services.
5+ years in banking.
5+ years in a supervisory/managerial roles
10+ years managing medium to large-scale complex projects.
