Compliance Project Manager AI tool implementation

Job Description

We are looking for a Compliance Project Manager to lead the implementation of an AI tool designed to review marketing materials for a prominent Fintech company. This role demands a strong background in compliance, particularly in consumer compliance, and experience ensuring adherence to regulatory standards such as Reg E, Reg Z, and UDAAP. This is a long-term contract position based in San Francisco, California.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end implementation of an AI tool for reviewing marketing materials.

• Ensure all marketing content complies with consumer banking regulations, including Reg E, Reg Z, and UDAAP.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the AI tool seamlessly into existing workflows.

• Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring successful completion within set deadlines.

• Provide expert guidance on compliance standards and best practices to stakeholders.

• Conduct regular assessments to measure the effectiveness of the AI tool in identifying compliance risks.

• Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and compliance guidelines.

• Act as the primary point of contact for compliance-related inquiries during the project lifecycle.

• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with the AI implementation process.• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on compliance.

• Proven expertise in consumer banking regulations, including Reg E, Reg Z, and UDAAP.

• Strong understanding of compliance processes related to marketing materials in the financial sector.

• Prior experience implementing AI tools or similar technologies in compliance-focused roles.

• PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with diverse teams.

• Ability to analyze complex compliance requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
