Residential Maintenance Supervisor

A national company with a facility in the Birmingham, MI area is currently seeking several Residential Maintenance Managers for Direct Hire opportunities with their growing team. These are exciting opportunities for Maintenance Managers looking for a company that offers excellent management, development, training, and competitive rates.

Residential Maintenance Manager rates are anticipated to be $65,000 to $75,000 annually based on each candidates experience and education. All well qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. We offer excellent benefits including medical, PTO, and 401k matching. Hours are approximately 40 to 50 hours per week.

Qualified Residential Maintenance Managers will have most, if not all, of the following skills and experience.

2+ years of Hands-On Maintenance Manager experience

2+ years of Residential Maintenance and/or Commercial renovation experience

Hands-on HVAC, carpentry, landscaping, flooring, window installation, plumbing, electrical/mechanical knowledge

HVAC Certification - VRF and VTR Controls Knowledge is preferred

Comfortable pivoting between multiple tasks and projects as needed

Must be able to work in the United States (no H-1 sponsorship or student visas considered)

Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background check, drug screen, references, etc.
