Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities May Include:

• Inspection

• Attention to detail

• Applying tape to part for final assembly process

• Gluing rubber extrusions into correct hand of part

• Gaging parts

• Applying glue and / or epoxy to retainers

• Applying assigned inspection labels

• Packing parts into proper dunnage

• Loading totes onto assigned pallets

• Prepare parts for packaging and shipping

• Employees will be expected to work in all areas of assembly as assigned

• Perform other related program duties as assigned by supervisor

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude

• Ability to work quickly and methodically

• Good team-working skills

• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain professionalism when dealing with customers, suppliers, supervisors, and co-workers
