Position Summary: Machine Operator

A leading manufacturing facility located in China Grove; NC is seeking an experienced Machine Operator to support production operations. This role demands a mechanically inclined individual capable of operating various types of industrial machinery with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities: Machine Operator

Operate, monitor, and maintain industrial machinery, including presses, grinders, mills, screeners, and packaging equipment

Perform machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers based on production requirements

Inspect finished products to ensure conformance to specifications

Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime

Qualifications: Machine Operator

Minimum of 1 year of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or warehouse setting

Preferred experience with presses, grinders, mills, screeners, and packaging machinery

Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting skills

Ability to read technical documents and follow detailed instructions

Must be physically capable of lifting 70 lbs. regularly throughout the shift

Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Hours: Machine Operator

Monday-Thursday (7am – 5pm)

Pay Rate: Machine Operator

$17/hr.
