NOLA Education is seeking an experienced Manager of Subject Matter Experts to lead a high-performing team of education professionals who support district sales and implementation efforts. If you're passionate about coaching people, driving accountability, building training programs, and delivering outstanding service, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and mentor a remote team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)

Develop KPIs and performance tracking systems

Design and deliver ongoing SME training and onboarding

Oversee proposal quality, presentation preparation, and district support

Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams

Travel to support team coaching and district visits (50%-70%)

Requirements:

Must live in South Louisiana (Greater New Orleans area preferred)

Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred

5+ years in education, including 2+ years of team management

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Experience with sales enablement or instructional support preferred.
