Hotel Cleaning Services is seeking a part-time accountant to work at the corporate office (not remote) 2 or 3 days per week with very flexible office hours. Our office is located near the Metro Center area of Phoenix, near Interstate 17 and Peoria Road exit. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager to join our growing team. This role is open exclusively to residents of Arizona and involves overseeing accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy, and supporting business decision-making.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
Prepare financial reports and statements
Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies
Supervise and mentor accounting staff
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
Minimum 3 years of accounting or financial management experience
Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, and financial software
Strong organizational and analytical skills
