Client Service Associate - Wealth Management

Michelle Espejo with Robert Half Financial Services is recruiting for a Client Service Associate at a growing, client-focused Registered Investment Advisor (RIA). This is a full-time permanent role based in San Mateo County with a Hybrid schedule.

What You’ll Do:

Serve as the first point of contact for clients with professionalism and warmth

Manage client service requests and support Wealth Advisors

Prepare and process account paperwork accurately and on time

Handle account maintenance (transfers, RMDs, client instructions)

Monitor daily custodian alerts and follow up as needed

Support client onboarding, account setup, and CRM updates

Help coordinate meetings and maintain service calendars

Bachelor’s degree

3+ years in client service or operations in wealth management (NO exceptions)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Box, Salesforce, or similar systems is a plus

Familiarity with Schwab, Fidelity, or TD Ameritrade is helpful

Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

Team player who also works well independently

Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
