Front Desk Coordinator
We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Greenwood Village, Colorado. This is a Contract to permanent position offering an excellent opportunity for growth in a dynamic and supportive work environment. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and detail-oriented first impression.
• Manage light call volumes, answering and directing phone inquiries as needed.
• Receive and distribute packages while maintaining accurate records.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down pre-ordered lunches and coordinating with the chef on designated days.
• Support other departments with basic administrative tasks, such as handling paperwork or organizing files.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, stepping in to address any immediate needs.
• Collaborate with other front office staff to ensure coverage and seamless operations.
• Uphold a welcoming and helpful demeanor to address questions or concerns from visitors or employees.
• At least 2 years of experience in a front desk or similar customer-facing role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to operate a multi-line phone system efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to assist with various tasks and proactively address issues.
• Appearance and demeanor suitable for a front-facing role.
