We are looking for multi-skilled Maintenance team members (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall, HVAC) for a portion of our affordable, scattered-site portfolio. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and/or with a team in challenging urban neighborhoods.

Maintenance duties include, but are not limited to:
Perform regular demand maintenance to assigned units – plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and carpentry
Respond to on-call emergencies (rotating on-call schedule)
Maintain accurate records regarding preventative maintenance, service requests, taking pictures, and work in progress statuses
Conduct preventive maintenance inspections
Maintain an organized parts and work area
Use every opportunity to build technical skills related to the work needed in the portfolio
Maintain property curb appeal
Minimum Qualifications:
GED or High School Diploma
Valid driver’s license and insurance
Personal vehicle
Own basic hand tools
Preferred Qualifications:
1 year or more experience in residential property maintenance
