Project Manager - Fire Alarm

Job Description

TBG is recruiting for NICET Fire Alarm Project Manager. Someone to lead complex fire protection system installations, particularly within mission-critical environments.

Location: Generally working from home and on job sites. There is a desk in office if you would like to come into the office.

The Ideal Candidate brings hands-on field leadership, project coordination experience, and strong technical knowledge of both fire alarm and suppression systems. This is a high-impact position with excellent growth potential.

What you will do and Bring to the team:

· Direct end-to-end project delivery for fire alarm and fire suppression systems, ensuring adherence to code, safety standards, and client specifications

· Oversee project teams and coordinate daily field activities, scheduling, and milestone tracking

· Manage project financials, budgets, documentation, and client communication throughout the project lifecycle

· Utilize Microsoft 365 tools and BlueBeam to track deliverables, issue documentation, and maintain workflow

· Travel as required to project sites, while primarily operating from the Phoenix metro area

· At least 3 years in a leadership role managing installations of fire protection systems (preferably as a Project Manager; will consider strong Superintendents or Project Leads eager to step into PM responsibilities)

· NICET Fire Alarm Systems Level II required (Level III preferred or required for relocation assistance)

· Proven background in mission-critical project environments (e.g., data centers, clean rooms, etc.)

· Strong command of Microsoft 365 tools including Excel, Word, SharePoint

· Familiarity with BlueBeam and project tracking tools

· Thorough knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and financial oversight

· Excellent communication and team coordination skills

· Familiarity with Clean Agent suppression and aspirating smoke detection systems (Vesda)
