Job Description

Responsible for driving new business development and strengthening existing relationships within greenhouse and nursery operations.

Will create and execute strategic business plans to achieve targeted sales goals.

Will manage sales forecasting and budgeting for both current accounts and prospective clients.

Will design and implement customized marketing strategies tailored to specific customer needs.

Will engage directly with key customers to maintain strong relationships, negotiate terms, and secure new sales.

Will track and assess competitor products and market trends to inform sales strategies.

Key Requirements

4+ years of outside sales experience

Horticulture or plastics experience is a plus

Ability to travel
