Responsibilities:

Leasing & Sales: Actively market and lease available rental units to prospective residents through tours, online advertising, and relationship-building.

Property Tours: Conduct engaging and informative property tours to showcase the benefits and features of our apartments, townhomes, and other managed properties.

Resident Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective residents, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

Application Processing: Assist potential tenants with the rental application process, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and complete.

Market Awareness: Stay informed about local market trends and competitor properties to better position our properties within the market.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of prospect information, leasing activity, and occupancy status in the property management software.

Collaboration: Work closely with the property management team to ensure efficient communication and smooth transitions during the leasing process.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in leasing, real estate, or sales is required.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

- High level of energy, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to tasks.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Proficient with technology, including property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings as needed.
