Job Title: Fulfillment Associate

Job Requirements:

1. Order Picking:

- Efficiently locate and pick open work orders according to established procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order fulfillment.

2. Order Packing:

- Pack picked orders securely and appropriately to prevent damage during transit, adhering to company guidelines and best practices.

3. Order Verification:

- Conduct thorough verification of picked orders to ensure accuracy and completeness, addressing any discrepancies promptly.

4. Organizational Maintenance:

- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment at both the floor and packing station to promote safety and productivity.

5. Shipment Loading:

- Assist in loading completed shipments into carrier trucks, ensuring proper handling and adherence to loading protocols.

Additional Qualifications:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Effective communication and teamwork skills.

- Physical ability to lift and move packages as required.
