Job Description

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Product Selection and Procurement:**

- Identify and evaluate suppliers to ensure high-quality products that meet company standards.

- Negotiate pricing, and payment terms with suppliers.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure reliable sources of supply.

- **Inventory Management:**

- Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages.

- Implement inventory control measures to optimize stock levels.

- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies,

- **Sales Support and Customer Interaction:**

- Provide product knowledge and insights to sales teams to aid in customer interactions. - Resolve any issues related to product quality, delivery, or pricing promptly.

- **Compliance and Documentation:**

- Work with manger with Purchase Orders and monthly inventory counts.

- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels. Prepare detailed reports for management on inventory.

**Qualifications:**

- QuickBooks knowledge is must.

- Proven experience in purchasing, inventory management, or a similar role. - Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with suppliers.

- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Must speak English and Spanish.
