Process Technician

Job Description

Process Technician - for a manufacturing car company 3rd shift, will train on 1st for a few weeks .

Experience in injection molding is a MUST.

• Process Optimization: Monitor and adjust manufacturing processes to ensure optimal performance and product quality.

• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to equipment, processes, or materials to minimize downtime.

• Quality Control: Perform regular checks to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of process adjustments, production data, and any issues encountered.

• Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to implement process improvements.

• Safety Compliance: Ensure that all processes adhere to company safety guidelines and regulatory standards.

Work environment that encompasses both office spaces and advanced manufacturing facilities specializing in plastic injection molding technology.

• Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 is critical for ensuring the quality of automotive components.

• Training in regulatory requirements for automotive and EV industries to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Software : IQMS, SAP, OA, ADP, TESLA Portal, ETC.

Must be authorized to work in the US.

Payrate $20-$30 BOE

Minimum 2-5 years’ experience required.
