We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Surgical Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for promoting and selling our surgical navigation solution to hospitals and surgical centers. This includes surgical specialties including Laparoscopy, Gastroenterology, Arthroscopy, CV/Thoracoscopy and other specialties such as Video Imaging and OR1 Integration. Reporting to the CEO, this role requires building strong relationships with key customer team leaders including nurses, physicians, procurement, and administrative personnel.

Key responsibilities:

Develop and execute a sales plan for surgical customers aligned with company goals and quotas, incorporating analysis and forecasting.

Utilize Novarad’s unique selling points to influence customers and promote product strength, focusing on cost reduction for customers.

Create and implement sales programs and strategies to drive revenue growth.

Cultivate and manage relationships with key regional leaders, acting as the primary contact for accounts.

Provide on-site clinical support and training during surgical procedures.

Effectively present Novarad products and technology, highlighting features, benefits, and applications.

Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and in accordance with company policy.

Demonstrate a positive attitude, commitment to excellence, and drive for superior results.

Coordinate key site start-ups and ensure customer satisfaction through reliable service and training post-sale.

Stay informed about competitive products and recommend new products or modifications as needed.

Attend and participate in training programs as required.

Maintain accurate CRM records and fulfill administrative requirements in a timely manner.

Requirements

Who We're Looking For:

Skills/Competencies

Strong surgery related sales and negotiation skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Technical aptitude with the ability to learn new software quickly

Exceptional problem-solving abilities

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to build and maintain relationship

Required Knowledge and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in medical, preferably surgical, device sales.

Ability to travel frequently, including overnight, up to 50% of the time.

Preferred Knowledge and Experience

Strong understanding of healthcare systems, hospital operations, and the medical software market

Experience with software solutions tailored to healthcare, such as Electronic Health Records (EHR) or Hospital Information Systems (HIS).

Established network within the healthcare industry.

Experience in surgical device sales.

Working Conditions:

Remote environment with significant travel required to meet clients and attend industry events.

Flexible work schedule to accommodate client meetings and travel.

Travel may include overnight stays and extended trips
