Job Title: Front Office & Administrative Support
Location: Washington DC
Reports To: Office Manager
Position Summary:
We’re looking for a reliable and professional individual to serve as the first point of contact at our front desk and also provide essential administrative support to the office. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organization, and the ability to multitask in a busy work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties
Greet and assist all visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Maintain a tidy and welcoming front desk and lobby area
Administrative Support
Provide general clerical support including filing, data entry, scanning, and copying
Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and booking conference rooms
Support the Operations with onboarding tasks
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Help with document preparation and other projects as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or administrative training is a plus
1+ years in a receptionist, administrative, or customer-facing role
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Friendly, professional demeanor and dependable work ethic
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
