CNC Programmer

Job Description

3D Aerostructures Inc. is an advance aerospace manufacturing business looking for an experienced CNC programmer who has experience with aerospace type machined parts. Must have experience running CNC machines, setups prior to becoming a CNC programmer.

Responsibilities:

CNC programming metallic and composite parts

Current use of CAD / CAM software, Mastercam, Fusion 360, Catia, Unigraphics

Catia is preferred but not required

Able to learn different CAD/ CAM software packages.

Understand cutting tools, speeds, Feed rates.

Able to design workholding fixtures, drill jigs etc.

Support tasks such as quoting new projects, planning jobs

Use Microsoft Office to create tool lists, setup sheets

Able to create drawings for inspection, setups etc.

Job Type: Full-time
