Location & Hours:

Immediate: Shady Side, Maryland (10:00AM-3:00PM, Monday-Friday), College Park (10:00AM- 4:00PM Tues, Wed, Friday)

Annapolis: Hiring for Pool

Montgomery: Hiring for Pool

Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (base rate)

· Pay differential available for daily shifts under 6 hours, up to $50 per week.

· Opportunity to accumulate paid sick leave.

· W2 pay (bi-weekly)

Requirements:

Must be authorized to work in the US.

Experience: Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Certified Medication Technicians (CMTs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Geriatric Nursing Assistants (GNAs) preferred but not required.

Must be willing to complete the onboarding process, including online training, background check, and health screening.

Proficiency in using required technologies (such as scheduling and care notes apps) while on the job.

Must be proficient in English.

Responsibilities:

Personal Care Assistance: Support clients with dressing, mobility, medication administration, and personal hygiene to help them look and feel their best.

Encourage Activities and Exercises: Motivate clients to complete daily activities and exercises to maintain their physical and mental health.

Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals to clients, promoting their well-being.

Provide Inspired Care: Work closely with our Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver care that enhances the client’s vitality, happiness, and dignity.

Medication Monitoring and Reporting: Track and monitor client medications, updating daily activity charts as a vital communication tool for families and healthcare professionals.

Transportation Assistance: Drive clients to and from doctor’s appointments or personal errands as needed.
