Experienced GMM Saw Operator

Job Description

Job Summary:

Established commercial stone and tile contractor is seeking an experienced GMM Saw Operator. Successful candidate must have experience running the GMM Extra CN2 400 or 480 (or equivalent). The position offers excellent pay and benefits, including health insurance and 401K retirement program.

Qualifications:

· Proficiency in GMM programming.

· Ability to program cutting instructions on saw program and AutoCAD.

· Ability to read a tape measure.

· Good written and verbal communication skills.

· Good organizational skills.

· Good computer skills.

Responsibilities:

· Operate GMM Extra CN2 480

· Experience in the stone business

· Keep up with a fast-paced fabrication schedule.

· Forklift experience (not required).

· Coordinate with shop supervisor.

· Other Duties as directed by Operations Manager.
